Fellowship Training in Transfusion Medicine

Professional Staff
The professional staff of the Blood Center consists of eight physicians, hematologists or clinical pathologists, who are faculty members in the Division of Hematology or the Department of Laboratory Medicine of the University of Washington School of Medicine. A physician is on call 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, for support of hematology and clinical pathology issues. The professional staff also includes four Ph.D. scientists. All of these individuals actively support the Blood Center's patient care, service and research programs.
