High Resolution Typing HLA-DPA1

• Specimen Requirement: One 7-10cc ACD (yellow top) or EDTA (lavender top) tube
• Transaction Code: 3915-20

This test uses the polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-based methods to determine the HLA- DPA1 alleles present in an individual. The test results are moderate-to-high resolution; any unresolved ambiguities in allele determinations are reported.
