Puget Sound Blood Center Announces Expanded Labor Day Week Hours

More Centers Open Labor Day Week to Accommodate Blood Donors and Prevent Shortage

AUGUST 22, 2008 SEATTLE — In an effort to make it more convenient for people to give blood and to ensure an available supply to patients, Puget Sound Blood Center will expand hours at some of its 11 donor centers during the Labor Day week. Following are the scheduled changes:

Sunday, August 31st
Changes to Regular Hours:
— None

Additional Centers Open:
— Bellevue (8-4)
— Tukwila (8-4)

Monday, September 1st
Changes to Regular Hours:
— All Centers EXCEPT VANCOUVER will be open 8 – 4

Additional Centers Open:
— Bellingham (8-4)
— Everett (8-4)
— Silverdale (8-4)

Friday, September 5th
Changes to Regular Hours:
— None

Additional Centers Open:
— Federal Way (8-4)

Saturday, September 6th
Changes to Regular Hours:
— None

Additional Centers Open:
— Lynnwood (8-4)
— Federal Way (8-4)
